By far the best dealership experience we have had. We have owned 3 Mazdas and more in other brands, and now this experience stands out in many ways. They have been trustworthy, they communicated well, they were helpful in each phase of the process. I had never felt we were being pushed. It also felt like the employees work there with accountability and a sense of ownership of their work and output. I was surprised to have such an overall experience. Normally you hardly see managers, but there other managers came and thanked us our business. They seem to have a great general manager, Omid. We worked with Jonathan, he was excellent too. I can recommend them to everyone; family, friends and Mazda fans.

We were looking to buy a car for our son who will be away at college next year. Royal Moore Mazda was the first dealership we visited and as soon as we met Jasmine, our salesperson, we knew we wanted to buy our son a car from her.
