2024 Mazda CX-50 2.5 S PREMIUM

Very great experience! Easy people to deal with! I was nervous due to the first time buying by myself since my husband passed away. Salesman Clayton Rice helped me be at ease and it was a positive experience.

It was time to take my XC90 in for routine maintenance, which I was dreading since my last visit six months ago was less than positive. Scheduling was a piece of cake, they got me in and out in a timely manner. They sent me a video showing their recommendations of needed service which was helpful since I don’t know too much about cars. They washed and vacuumed my vehicle. The new service rep, Sean, was super helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. On my way out, the new Service Manager, Harold, took time to introduce himself and thanked me for coming back in. This visit was head and shoulders better than my last visit and I feel more confident coming here in the future when I need service.

Sean in service did a super job helping us with the techs as well. We did purchase from them , but they treated us like we did ! Nice Job , good customer service..more businesses could take notice..Thanks !
