He explains options and is straightforward, understanding, and reassuring. I have been coming to Spreen Mazda service center for over 5 years for the repair and maintenance on my 2013 Mazda 2 and will continue to do so. Recent upgrades to the service experience include digital copies of forms sent to your email and cellular updates, including appointment reminders and prompts. The lobby was also updated recently and has nice seating and amenities like tables, coffee, and charging ports.
To say my experience was amazing is an understatement. Marcelino was very kind and helpful, making the whole process seamless. He made sure I was truly happy with my new car and was also persistent about answering any questions I had to ensure that I was informed about all of the features. I really appreciated all of his support and patience. If I ever need to purchase another vehicle I will definitely consider Mazda just so I can come back to this location.
I was very satisfied by the customer service by my point of contact Philip Guest. Organized, polite & professional. The turn around time by your mechanic(s) was very good. Loaner provided was a nice touch and appreciated. Only suggestion I’d make is provide a loaner that what entice the customer to think about their next Mazda purchase. Great job all around!
