2022 Rivian R1S Launch Edition

We were having trouble with our Discovery battery. Our car failed to start, which signaled a dead battery. We contacted Jeffrey in the service department and made the arrangements for an appointment. Everything from that point on went as smoothly and as stress free as possible and then some! In the past we were always skeptical of any dealerships 'service department'. But Jeffrey at Land Rover in Mt. Kisco made us rewrite that chapter in our book. Thank you Jeffrey! 5+ stars.

From the standpoint of being a dealership, it had a very affluent feel to its look and the flow of the space. The waiting area was comfortable and sleek while being engaging with the magazines and the related items that are for sale from Land Rover and/or Jaguar. So since it was my first time having my vehicle serviced at this location, it was worth the experience. If you are in the market for a luxury vehicle then give this establishment a visit.

This was an amazing experience. After long research and deliberation choosing a Defender was exactly what I wanted, the next decision was the right dealership and that was almost as important. MT. Kisco Land Rover was the perfect choice. Jennifer and Andrew helped me through the entire process.
