2024 Rivian R1S Adventure Dual-Motor Max Pack

Chaz and Will are awesome. I was nothing but a thorn in their side and in the end they still pulled through and got me in the truck I wanted. I am thoroughly pleased with the dealership, this is my second time around and definitely won’t be the last. I’m loving my new AT4. Again, a big shot out to Chaz and Will, you guys are awesome!

This review is on my experience on buying a 2022 F-250 6.7 PowerStroke Diesel 8ft bed from CarHeroes. If you’ve been looking for a truck these days it’s very hard to find specific ones. It’s even harder to find a specific used truck that checks all the boxes if you have a particular checklist of items you may want the truck to come with. I’ve been looking for a specific truck for about 2 years and I finally got a notification from Carfax of this truck. It hit all my wants so I called the dealership to see if it was still available. It’s very common for dealerships to still have a listing of sold trucks and that’s always disappointing. Well Nancy from CarHeroes answered the phone and confirmed its availability. Spoke with Kyle and he said I could put a down payment on the truck to hold it for me. I was very hesitant of that because I live in NC and the dealership is in FL. Luckily I had a friend who lived close to the dealership and he checked it out for me. He confirmed the truck was as advertised so I paid the down payment. The next step the dealership did was immediately take the advertisement down so no one else could see it. I did discuss that with Kyle and he assured me he would and he was a man of his word. Next step fly down to check it out. When I arrived a week later the truck was ready for me and I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. The dealership was understaffed that day but they were very accommodating to me by letting me test drive the truck multiple times before I discussed the numbers with the paperwork. At the end of the day it’s a business and not a charity and they have to make some money on the sale. I was offered some items when signing the paperwork but the main thing is they were not pushy on those items. This truck was considerably discounted so I felt good about the final price. If I could do it all over again I absolutely would. No regrets in the slightest and am very happy with my new to me truck.

I had a great experience at CarHeroes! I traveled about 4 hours to buy a truck there because of the competitive pricing they offer on vehicles. Getting more information and seeing the truck was easy from a far with help from Chaz and his knowledge was helpful when I went in for the test drive. Kyle was an expert in the finance field offering great advice and smoothly processing me through the pre-approval and locking in the loan. I recommend these dudes highly.
