2024 Tesla Model X

My father has purchased dozens of vehicles over the past several decades and has had countless positive relations with dealerships and salesmen. That said, he has never experienced the level of service that he is offered at Cadillac Pasadena. He was interested in the all electric Cadillac Lyriq, but it was his salesman Cham and manager Jonathan that really blew him away. Their attentiveness and desire to make sure my father would be a happy owner were unparalleled. They found the exact car that he wanted and delivered on all of their promises. Besides the fact that my father feels like this is the most advanced and exhilarating vehicle he’s ever owned, he couldn’t be more thankful for the availability of everyone at Cadillac Pasadena to assist with any inquiries that he’s had. He is 100% satisfied with his car and experience, so much so that he asked me if I had “social media” to share his experience and highly recommend Cadillac Pasadena.

I bought many, many new cars from many dealers. Since 2012 my daily driver have been Tesla. I bought 4 of those in the past 12 year. I thought direct sale was fabulous, until I had to do with service. Impossible to talk with a person, weeks to get an appointment and so on Last week I decided to trade my very new Model Y for a Lyriq. For now I am extremely happy with my choice. The Lyrig is not as quick as the Model Y, but it is much more comfortable, the stated range is real, not like Tesla, and the finish is incomparable better. Pasadena Caddilac treat me with utmost respect and made the transaction very pleasant. Thank you Armand
