The folks at Courtesy Subaru in Rapid City, SD provided me with a very smooth vehicle purchase and worked above and beyond to provide the best customer service I have had in years with any dealership. I was travelling through the area from out of state and had a timeline to keep, which they understood and made the accommodations to help me out. They provided me with a temporary vehicle for the day while we dealt with the finances, and even stayed after hours to make sure I had everything I needed with transferring everything over from my old car to the new car. From my sales person, to the finance manager, to the new car manager and service manager, as well as the receptionists; every person was polite, professional and very easy to work with. Post transaction phone calls and messages were excellent as well, and everyone was very polite and courteous. Their inventory was also top notch with a huge selection of vehicles, which made it easy to get exactly what I was looking for without need to compromise. We are in the midst of a transcontinental driving vacation (Los Angeles to New Hampshire and back, via Glacier National Park). The dreaded Check Engine Light appeared. We were in Rapid City SD and called the local dealership. We talked with a service manager, Dwayne, who said the shop had a full load but bring it in for a look. After diagnostics, Dwayne reported that the problem was with an engine coolant valve. Apparently this is a known problem with Subaru since they have extended the warranty coverage for this issue. Despite a full load, Dwayne found a way to get our car repaired and we were back on the road in a few hours. Courtesy Subaru is an excellent Subaru dealership. They were easy to deal with on the phone, the service was great, and the service facilities are clean and pleasant. Dwayne is a highly professional service manager, and a great human being. Thanks to him and the dealership for saving our vacation!

Great customer service, helpful, accommodating. Hit a deer at 80 mph on the highway. Totaled my old Subaru and had full airbag deployment. No injuries to either of us. Will only own a Subaru. Have never owned a new car but with low financing vs 7.5% at the credit union for a vehicle a few thousand less, it was the smarter financial choice. Saw, drove, paperwork done in less than 2 hours.
