We walked into our local Lexus dealer, with cash, looking to buy two new vehicles and were treated horribly (after waiting over half an hour to even get any assistance). We decided to find what we wanted at another dealer and happened to find that at Pohanka. We reached out to inquire about a new RX 350 and Fraz was so quick to reply. We were worried about buying something without seeing it and being 8 hours away, but he was very communicative and reassuring so we decided to just go for it. Mike and his team always do a fantastic job of taking care of my car. They are professional, friendly, helpful, responsive and knowledgeable.
