My son found a car at Irvine Acura online. He got in contact with Chris. He was attentive from the beginning, sent him a video walk around on his cell phone. Had it parked up front before we even got there. Test drive went well. Talked a little business, came up with a plenty fair agreement. No crazy back and forth crap you get from some other dealerships. Chris was an excellent salesman, we chit chatted a bit while we waited for paperwork. Awesome dude. Family man. In finance, Devontae was awesome. Never felt pushed or pressured. Everything went quick and was presented very straightforward so we could understand. This was my son's first car buying experience, and having Devontae explain everything in detail will help my kid in the future when he does this again on his own someday. Got everything signed in a timely manner, and they were accomodating that my son had a work shift starting relatively soon to when everything was finalized.
