We had been looking for the perfect car for months. When we inquired about the Lincoln, Enrique, our sales representative, was quick to answer all our questions. We were not able to come in and see the car right away due to time commitments, and we live 3 hours away. We were also trading in our old car, and he made the whole transaction via phone/email easy and effortless. I feel he went over and above for us! Michael Lombrozo made this long distance car purchase experience a breeze! While looking for vehicles close to where I live, I wasn’t finding the XT4 that had ALL the bells and whistles that I wanted. Then Michael came along, via text message. He had that one I was searching for, so I didn’t have to settle and the price was fair. Michael even had it shipped to me, so that saved me almost four hours, one way, drive time. He was easily assessable and always responded quickly when I had any questions. Only bump in the road was a new tag issue, which was not his department, but he jumped right in and quickly got it taken care of.
