I purchased a vehicle in February of 2024 from Baron and he was the most pleasant and attentive salesman I have ever dealt with. He addressed all of my questions and requests and was able to get me a great deal on a 2020 Chevy Bolt. They even offered to deliver the vehicle to my house and their driver was on time! This dealership provides excellent customer service. You can tell this dealership has an owner and management team who take pride in what they do. I was helping out at one of our facilities in Chagrin Falls and mentioned that I had gone to Alliance Ohio to buy a used car the previous night. I told them I had a great experience with the dealership and they said "Was it Lavery? They're really good." Lavery is over an hour away from that facility! Seems their good reputation has traveled far. I also can't stop bragging about the Bolt. So much that I have a co-worker on their website looking at them too. As long as you have the ability to charge at home they are the most practical little work commuters being sold. I'm glad Chevy decided to keep producing them. Lavery seems to have made a commitment to selling and servicing electric vehicles so if you are ready to see the benefits of driving an electric this would be great place to start, just be warned they are selling fast! The first one I wanted was sold before I had a chance to get down there.
