EDIT: Everything has been taken care of and Ive had an overall pleasant experience with Toyota of Culver City. The folks I dealt with were kind and attentive. I would recommend. It’s just a little tough to get someone to call you back until you finally get to the right person :) I have tried to get assistance after my purchase and have been largely ignored. Please please have someone contact me and I will edit my review.
