Our Sales Associate John Robinson worked endlessly to ensure we were satisfied and happy through all phases of the process. He did EVERYTHING he said he would in a timely fashion. John and Rocky were able to acquire our vehicle and get it to Beaumont. Rocky stepped in to assist with the completion of one transaction when the car arrived due to our original associate being out and that worked out seamlessly. Appreciate working with Mark on the purchase of a M440i - was friendly, professional and easy to work out the details.
