What a great experience I had here. I came in with multiple electrical issues that nobody seemed to be able to fix. Tom and the whole crew made the process so easy, communicated with me the whole time, and gave me a fair price at the end of the day. I highly recommend this dealership for all of your repair needs. They are fair and meticulous and just good people to deal with.

Steve in finance was also awesome, he made the process quick and easy. I left feeling completely satisfied with my purchase. This review is long overdue. I have a 2024 Sierra 1500 AT4X even though I didn't purchase it at this dealership. A few weeks ago, I had a software update failure malfunction in my truck. It had to be towed, and the nearest one was Empire Buick GMC of White Plains. Thank you to the service manager, Robert , Service Advisor Mr. Thomas Raio (I appreciate your help! You're the greatest), Tom was corteous, knowledgeable and super-friendly. Special thank you to super wiztech Carlos and the whole Empire Service Dept. were amazing in helping me get my truck fixed in less than 24 hours. They went above and beyond to help me and I will happily return to Empire Buick GMC for future service.
