Upon making my first call to Santa Monica Jeep, I spoke to a Manager, Rhett Butler, who was undoubtably professional and friendly over the phone. Upon arrival to the dealership, I received incredible service from the entire staff; Everyone was very friendly/kind, competent, personable, humble and patient. Everyone who was involved in the car buying process made me feel right at home; they even provided my partner and I with lunch on the house. After exploring several great options and deals, I left with my brand new 2024 Jeep Wrangler. Mr. Rhett Butler patiently helped me understand the leasing process and well as the pros and cons of financing and leasing. Ali was very informative regarding the different jeep styles and willingly showed us a variety of vehicles that matched what I was looking for.
