Gebhardt's service department sent 2 videos to show the diagnosis and repair progress which was very helpful. Fortunately this item was covered under warranty. Thank you to service advisor Jhett Nealy for getting us taken care of, especially for the clear lines of communication. We will be making our next BMW purchase at Gebhardt. We will also use them for service / repairs in the future as well. My recent experience at another BMW dealer shows that Gebhardt is the best choice for sales and service.
