Our experience started off a little rocky with our initial salesman so we asked to speak with a manager. And we had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Lee. Not only is he a pleasant individual, but his sincere commitment to make good on a negative experience, truly embodies the spirit of the owner of Alexandria Hyundai. After hearing our story, Mr. Lee personally saw to it that we had an elite customer experience going forward. Mr. Lee’s commitment to improving the customer experience will probably never be matched by another! We were treated to lunch and upon our return we were introduced to Eduardo who was appointed to be our new salesman and to Jesse who would handle the financial side of things. Even though this review is long, I’m almost out words to express how Eduardo and Jesse exemplified such empathy towards our experience and showed genuine interest in making things right. From the moment we walked into the dealership, the exceptional customer service impressed me. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by Erick, who had also assisted us when we called for directions. Upon our arrival, he immediately recognized us from the call. As we talked with him, he attentively listened to our story, requirements, and expectations. I had a specific car and model in mind. For a week, Erick made every effort to locate the exact vehicle I wanted, kept me updated, and never pressured me. I was so impressed with his customer service that I didn't hesitate to purchase my first Hyundai car. But the outstanding service didn't stop there. Jerry, from the finance department, and Jacob, from sales, continued to enhance my experience as we finalized our purchase. Jerry made the process of finalizing the deal quick and painless. He was a pleasure to work with and didn't try to deceive me. Instead, he was honest and carefully explained the warranties that best suited my needs. Jacob delivered my car and patiently explained all the car's functions to me without rushing. I've worked in the customer service industry for 30 years, and my expectations are quite high.
