It's been more than 3 months and I did not realize how much I am in love with my car. Most importantly the amazing experience I had with James. In the last three months I purchased two vehicles. A 2023 certified Kia Forte in May and a 2018 Toyota Camry SE in July. The sales team was very pleasant and not pushy. They worked with us and gave us a great deal on an extended warranty for the Toyota. We had to return for a service is on the Toyota, a dead battery, and they replaced it, no questions asked. Pedro, the sales manager is awesome and very professional. He’s helped us every step of the way with the concerns and questions we had. My two car buying experiences here have been very positive and pleasant. I thinks that’s rare for a dealership this size. I would highly recommend this place.
Quick turn around on my optima for an unscheduled oil change. Inspection was helpful. Also recall was done automatically as well. Would love to be able to get a diagnostic without paying 200+ dollars just to know what’a wrong. I understand deterring people from going elsewhere with a dealer quote but would someone go elsewhere if they knew the dealer was taking care of them. I don’t think so. Either way great service !
