Further, he walked the lot and explained the other models, not once being pushy about the sale - rather just helping us learn. Really appreciated that from him. Once we decided on the truck, he committed to us a few accessories we were looking for, and then began the negotiations. What is normally a stressful situation, was eased quickly as they took about 15 minutes to get us back the first round of paper work, very cut and dry by explaining the current rebates and discounts. Following, we had a few questions which they were quick to answer as well and Omar the owner stopped by in between to talk UCF football (Go Knights!) making it fun. Came back, deal was rock solid and we signed paperwork. Couldn't have been any easier or better of a deal!
