I went in not expecting much. I had already visited a different dealership and knew I was a hard trade in. I also knew my budget was tight. Wonderful experience! Once I arrived I had been greeted immediately. My salesman was Juan. He was incredibly attentive, and definitely heard all the wants and needs I was looking for. He made sure to identify any questions or concerns I had. He was very kind and professional. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything I wanted was checked off.
