My experience with Recharge has been excellent! The best experience I’ve had with a car dealer. They are very knowledgeable about the product and went above and beyond to fix a couple issues with the car I purchased from them even though it is an older car. I’m convinced they actually care about the customer and want everyone to have the best experience possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an EV. Very happy with my purchase.

The Recharge Team Delivers! After less than stellar support on EV products being sold second hand at local dealers, I found the Rivian we were looking for. Despite being a couple hundred miles from us - it still made the most sense. Flights booked and deposits made. I asked for an in-depth review so there were not any surprises. Then they offered to deliver instead, as they had other business in the area. The vehicle arrived and exceeded my expectations. The team could not have improved on a single thing. I've been meaning to leave a review for a while and never got around to it, but my experience with Recharge definitely deserves one. I purchased a vehicle from Recharge, and the entire experience was excellent. Jackson took the time to explain EV ownership, answer my questions, and teach me what I needed to know to feel comfortable making the switch. Recently, I had an issue with an accessory and reached out to them for help. Even months after the sale, they were responsive, helpful, and willing to make things right. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. The sale process was smooth, the vehicle was exactly as described, and it's clear that Recharge genuinely cares about their customers long after the paperwork is signed.
