2024 Tesla Model Y Long Range Rear Wheel Drive

I had to bring my 2014 Wrangler in for some leak issues. Jen was my service technician and I can’t not say enough amazing things about her. She kept me updated with every little detail/issue we had. With every question I had she double checked with technicians so she could explain very clearly the issues. She also went ABOVE AND BEYOND with helping get what needed to be done in a price point I could afford. She is the best employee I have dealt with at ANY dealership and have found a customer for life!

I purchased a used vehicle approximately a month ago from the dealership. I will have to say the experience was good. My sales person. Remi was wonderful. Everything that he told me via communications before going there was exactly the same when I got there. I got into a decent nice used vehicle. The process was quick and easy once I got there the vehicle wasn’t ready for me to take home that night, which I was already aware of and OK with thay had to go through reconditioning which they kept me in the communications and it was available about two days after I purchased it, but I did purchase it on a Saturday and they are closed on Sundays so I was perfectly fine with that I will say that this will probably not be my only purchase from them. Hopefully, we can do business again in the future when I’m looking for my next vehicle.

My Jeep was wobbling everytime I ran into a bump or uneven surface. Brought it to Jeep Only for diagnostic. My service advisor was very accomodating and in less than 24 hours my Jeep was fixed. Special thanks to their service people (Mechanic) and my Advisor for looking into my manufacturer's warranty making sure that the defective parts are covered. Thank you much.
