Just bought a new F350 Tremor truck from Lisa at El Cajon Ford. She is a super helpful salesperson. El Cajon Ford promised to put up fitter switches in the cab and I was expecting the process to take a long time but they received the part quickly and installation was scheduled within the week. The service department also installed the switches within a couple of hours. So great service all around. Thanks

Had an excellent purchase experience at El Cajon Ford. We decided to build an F-150 so we could have it made custom to what we wanted. Reagan Brandon helped us build it and explained all of the options as we went through the process. Once it was ordered, it didn't take long for it to come in. Less than two months. We got email updates regularly on the status of the build and shipping. When the truck came in, it was perfect. Exactly what we ordered and it looked even better in person. We met with John Clark to get all of the financing done. It was easy. He showed us all of our payment options so we could decide on the down payment. We got an awesome Ford loan with a much lower rate than we could get at our credit union or bank. The entire process was flawless and we're so happy with our new Ford truck.
