I had a great experience with Bryan, Andrew and Raven buying my dream car, a used Mustang GT350. They had no issues with me taking a test drive and comparing it to to the Z06 adjacent. They were clear, non-pushy and just generally pleasant to purchase from. I also had an issue with the passenger window a couple of days after buying and they overnighted a new door latch from Portland and got it fixed quickly at no cost. Overall one of the easiest and best dealership experiences I've had.
We greatly appreciate the patience and assistance the whole team my wife and I worked with. Especially Andrew and Star. Andrew was incredibly patient with us as we test drove and looked at multiple models of the vehicle we wanted. He was extremely knowledgeable and willing to entertain our questions as we test drove with him. Him and the team have us the chance to take the Pacifica out to grab lunch while we talked amongst ourselves. We felt no pressure and were given plenty of breathing room to discuss what we needed and wanted without feeling like everyone was waiting on the final decision. Star did an amazing job working with our lender as we wrapped up the financial side of things. She was great at going into detail on what options we had for coverage on our new Pacifica and how we could look to protect it moving forward. Overall it was a great experience working with the team and we look forward to a great vehicle for a long time to come.
