Everything about the RAV4 is perfect for my family. I tried to get one at Jay Wolfe but they were not transparent with the price like Legends was. Plus Jay Wolfe was trying hard to pressure me into buying a different car when I already said I am only interested in RAV4s, she was not listening to me, just trying to make a sale. Toyota Legends though were awesome from the start! I called them up, let them know exactly what I was looking for, Julie gave me exact prices and numbers over the phone and there were no "surprises" when I got to the dealership. Bethany helped us out and she was delightful. Julie was also very pleasant to work with. I really like how they don't shove you into a financing office and forcefully have you sign your life away. Everything was done in the big open lobby area. Julie was very knowledgeable and did great explaining the different coverage policies. She laid out all the information so I could make an educated decision on what I wanted to spend my money on. Yeah, I did feel a little bit of pressure, but that comes with the territory, and if they're making money off the policies I buy I'm good with that because they gave my family great service.
