Bobby Rahal exceeds my expectations every time, and this location is the best! Took my 2013 Accord in for service and was treated like royalty from the first call until everything was finished. Their mechanics are tops, service is excellent, waiting room area is clean and provides coffee & snacks, as do most Honda locations. When I’m ready for an upgrade, I will buy from this dealership!

We had an exceptional experience at Bobby Rahal Honda. We did have to order, and from the time we ordered until pick up, it was just shy of three months. We were kept updated on when the scheduled build was, when it was finished, when it was when it left the factory, when it was being delivered, when it arrived. Our salesman Greg went above and beyond to keep us posted. At delivery there was one or two little glitches that the whole crew seem to jump on and remedy the issue. Bobby Rahal Honda was not our best deal. We did have several deals I don’t mean two, I mean several. There are times during certain purchases that you are getting more than a product you’re also getting and organization. Everyone at Bobby Rahal Honda were professionals with a high character, with a desire to show inform assist and help through the whole process. Considering our purchase deal plus the staff at Bobby Rahal Honda equals our best deal. Thank you, everyone, for your kindness in assisting us in every way.

Hands down one of the best dealerships I've ever dealt with. The sales process last year was super smooth, went back this year for state inspection and a warranty recall and was treated like royalty throughout the whole process. The service department was thorough, friendly and quick. The waiting area was super clean and very accommodating with areas for a laptop workstation which worked great while I was working remotely waiting on my car to be finished. Important to note that I have 2 other Honda dealerships much closer to me than this one and they are worth the drive. Please keep up the good work!
