Great experience! I had my oil changed for the 1st time this past Saturday and everything was perfect. I think they even washed my car because it sure was a lot cleaner afterwards. Fast, friendly, easy, and professional describes my experience with Straub service.

They did my oil change but also let me know about other work that will need to be done in the near future regarding my tires changed and they put in brake fluid too since I needed some. They also fixed the recalls on my vehicle. They did this all within reasonable time and they communicated well to let me know what was going on.

Shawn was so easy and flexible to work with. His customer service made this the best car buying experience we have ever had (and we have bought over 8 cars over other dealers). Would absolutely come back to Straub again, and we came from out of state!
