Really good experience with the salesperson (Dustin) and the dealership overall. Got a great deal on the car and the financing. The ONLY negative was that it took so long to do the paperwork end (several hours). They were very busy and only had one guy doing all the financing paperwork, so there was a valid reason for it, but the time it took still warrants a 4 star review instead of the 5 stars I’d like to give them.
I needed an oil change and tire rotation and had an appointment for it. They put me right in and did an excellent job and got me right out. Job well done. Today 12/13/2023 I went to have an oil change and had awesome results here as well did a great job. And will be back.
Making a vehicle purchase is stressful enough but making one across the country should be even more stressful, but the team at Gunn CDJR made this seamless! I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles but this was by far the best and easiest transaction ever! Highly recommended! Dustin and Rob were great!
