2022 Tesla Model Y Long Range Dual Motor All-Wheel Drive

This review should’ve been written two years ago, but would like to give a shoutout to my service advisor Eric. I’ve been seeing him since the first time I came in for service at this location and he’s been awesome. He doesn’t feel like a service advisor but rather feels like a friend because of the rapport that he builds. Eric is a great person and a great advisor.

Kimberlee from Sales was incredible. She was extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. She was able to quickly answer any question about any BMW I inquired about. She even took the time to set up all of my settings for me which saved me a lot of time. The finance manager Doug was very pleasant to work with and we were able to quickly reach a deal I was happy with. Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had purchasing a new car.

Service department has drastically improved their level of service. I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't particularly like this dealership's level of service in the past, but I must give credit when its deserved. Seems like they are getting their act together. I hope they continue with this level of service or attempt to exceed it in the near future. The video presentation by the service technician of my vehicle is a phenomenal tool; it provides me with visual information and details of the current state of my vehicle. Good job!!
