Outstanding service never did I ever buy a vehicle online, but it is a game changer. I just purchased my 2017 Tesla Model X from Russell. Let me tell you I never purchased a car so fast in my entire life. I enjoyed the professionalism courtesy staff. I totally recommend everyone to buy here and will be referring my family and friends. I also called this morning about a couple of things that needed attention to my vehicle and spoke to Sal a manager and he is going to make sure everything is fixed. I have made several vehicle purchases through dealerships while in-person but have I never made a purchase on-line. While this was stressful making a first time on-line purchase, Drive A Dream made it easy. I was only stressed because it’s scary making a large purchase on-line and not having the person in front of me… so… with that said… if you’re second guessing buying a vehicle through Drive A Dream on-line, let me tell you… it was a MUCH EASIER process than what I tried to make it out to be. Sal and Ameer were AWESOME! Looking back after the purchase I really don’t know what I was worried about or troubled with. Sal and Ameer took the stress away and it was an absolute pleasure buying through them. Will definitely purchase through them again.

I purchased a 2023 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport from Russel and I am extremely happy with the purchase. I was looking for a specific color and option combination when I came across a Drive a Dream listing that had everything I wanted. I called the dealership to inquire about the vehicle and they were very friendly and accommodating taking time to walk me through the process and send me all the details about the vehicle to include the Carfax and any other details they had. Russell entertained my questions (I had a lot) and he answered every one of them putting my mind at ease. The buying process was very fast and easy and I never felt pressured or rushed. The entire staff was very accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with the vehicle and the buying process. Even after I purchased the vehicle and went home the Drive a Dream team reached out to me to make sure I was still happy with the purchase and it met my all my expectations. I tend to hold my vehicles for a long time, so it will likely be awhile till I am in the market for a vehicle again. However, when I am looking I would definitely shop at Drive a Dream again.
