Randy Franco made my first experience of buying a brand new car the best. Just bought a 2023 Tesla model 3 and must say that it was a great experience which is super rare nowadays at dealerships. My sales person Alex Ponte was nothing short of outstanding in both professionalism and customer service. He went above and beyond making sure my experience was top notch and definitely succeeded. Charles, one of the sales manager, made the pricing process including my trade easy and fully transparent. We were able to come to an agreement that I felt very happy with. Finally the rest of the process with Atakan the F&I manager was super efficient and pleasant. Would Definitely recommend.

This is the best dealership that I’ve been to in a long time. Sometimes you don’t know what to expect will there be pushy salesman or crazy prices, but everything was fair and straight to the point. From the cleanliness, to the product knowledge, and management. The used car director Charles was so engaging, incredible, polite, and I’ve never experienced this level of professionalism before. I was pleasantly surprised. I will recommend this dealership to all of my friends. Please come they don’t only sell Volkswagen either I mean their used car selection is amazing. Definitely a top tier place in Orlando!!!!!
