I have to say I was surprised at how hassle free this went. My sales Rep Miguel Sanchez worked hard to ensure he answered my questions and was very patient. Everyone was very nice! I was told it was gonna take 1.5-2 hours for my oil change but it took only a little over 1 hour! Which was great! Would be nice if they had a little complementary wash of the car but other than that everything was awesome!
April 11th 2024 Took my Subaru 2018 Forester for a "check engine light ON" to Lynnes Subaru. From start, they greeted me and took my car in, Service Advisor Louis Bilka was super nice and took my information. Fortunately, there was nothing wrong with the car, they were able to eliminate the check engine light out, probably a false alarm, since cars are now so sensitive. I want to give thanks to all the staff at Lynnes Subaru in Bloomfield NJ. You guys really make customer feel at ease. I am truly grateful for your service.
