Kristen was amazing and very helpful. I was in their showroom an hour and half from beginning to end. No up selling at any point and made the car buying process seamless. Communication was always timely and she worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted. Not only that but they worked on my behalf to get my APR lowered by an extra point and reduce my payments by $15 a month.
