I was able to determine the issue with my car. ADAM maintained excellent communication throughout! He's incredible, sweet, and swift, never leaving me hanging and patiently providing me with information even in the heat. Unfortunately, the for the price was high for the repairs needed for my car, but it's now fixed, and I'm grateful and blessed to have my car back! I took my 2016 Kia Cadenza for a recall part installation. The first visit was a mistake; the part was not available so after waiting over an hour, I was told it had to be re-ordered. A week later Adam Wells assured me my part was in and I went in for service. The manager gave me a ride home and offered a free oil change and car wash. I was definitely pleased!!!!????
