This was my first time buying from a lot. I did my research on the car, looked at reviews of the model, reviewed the carfax, and feel like I got a decent deal on my 2012 VW Golf. I have had it for over a year now with no issues. As for the staff, they were friendly and cordial. I rode my motorcycle to purchase the vehicle, and they gave me a ride back to my house and the lot so I could drive it home which was nice. Ask questions, and do your research on the vehicle beforehand. If there's a good price, and good service history on the car, you shouldn't have any issues.
