Pros: -nice and helpful people, Kevin Maldonado was extremely kind and patient 100% of the time -willing to work with you and your situation -very accomodating when I was nervous and wanted the car to be inspected by a mechanic. -they were able to get us a significantly lower interest rate than any other dealership we spoke with -got an absolutely stunning car! Cons: -not everything felt up-front and transparent, at first. Someone who has not bought a car before might not know what to look for and might feel like they signed up for things they didn't understand were included in the costs (warranty, GAP, etc). If you are an experienced car buyer, you'll be fine. -I was told one value for my trade in, but that value was reduced when purchasing time came around, which we didn't appreciate. I believe they did not do their due diligence valuing the trade the first time we came in and they made their original offer, so be aware that any offer they make on your trade-in is subject to reappraisal in the future. Overall, we are very pleased with our purchase and appreciate autos direct for their business! Thank you!
