2014 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution GSR

I purchased a 2019 Toyota Tacoma from Mark, great communication, fair pricing and easy to work with. I was purchasing sight unseen and flying in from out of state, they picked me up from where I was staying to let me test drive the truck and gave me all the time I needed to look the vehicle over at the dealership. Being sight unseen of course there were some things that I couldn't see from the photos but that's how these kind of things go. I would recommend looking at the vehicle in person so you can be sure you know what the true condition of the vehicle is. Even though the truck had more dents and scratches in it than I thought it would, I went through with the purchase because it was a great price. The truck runs and drives great and made the 3000 mile trip home no problem. When looking at other vehicles on their lot it looked like the repairs done to the previously salvaged cars and trucks was professionally done and you couldn't tell they had been in an accident. My truck was a consignment vehicle so it was not repaired as nicely as the vehicles the dealership repairs and sells as their own. One issue in the purchasing of the truck was that it was advertised to have Apple Carplay, unfortunately after the first day of ownership and trying to get it to work it was discovered that the truck did not have this feature as advertised. I spoke with Mark and Rod about this issue and after some negotiating they offered a fair solution so I could get this feature added. I would purchase from Konkin again, overall it was a good experience and I'm still liking the truck 3 months later.

Tim and the team at Konkin Auto Group have to be hands down the best used car dealership I've ever been to. I bought my 2020 Nissan Frontier Pro-4X in late June, and their customer service and professionalism has been top notch. They let me take it for multiple test drives, and even take it for an entire day so I could have a pre purchase inspection done at the local Nissan dealership. Post purchase, I had overheating issues for the first month of ownership but every time they had me bring it in (and once even came and picked the truck up for me) and took care of me until we figured out what was going on. A huge shout-out to Alex for being amazing at communication and turnaround on that front. Mind you, I opted to NOT purchase their warranty, which in hindsight I probably would have knowing that they're honest, hardworking people that won't scam you over a bogus warranty. In the end, I didn't pay a dime. I love the truck to death and will definitely be shopping with them for future car purchases. Thanks again team, and sorry for the delay in a review! You can go to these guys with utmost certainty that they'll take care of you.

My front radar and all the lane warning lights came on the dash display. Noticed my steering wheel was off. Called and scheduled an appointment for alignment. They told me 11am and it was actually ready for me at that time. Which was really nice because did not want to wait around. Did alignment on my 2021 Subaru ascent. Steering wheel is now positioned straight and it drives straight with no issues. All the eyesight sensor warnings and lights went off. Fair price, awesome service and awesome crew. Thank you !
