Considering I was not looking for a vehicle when I started my day on Saturday 4/13/24 and started with the worst dealership in Columbia, driving the hour and half was the best decision and I left with my dream vehicle. Great dealership! Went above and beyond to help me get the truck I wanted. Kimmie was wonderful in sales. Helped me a lot. Very personable. Put me at ease, which admitted isn't easy to do. Not pushy and very attentive . Sales Manager Stanley fought hard to get me the best deal. He was amazing and I very much appreciated his efforts. Brad in Finance was great as well. Made sure I was covered and understood the numbers and getting me the best warranty coverage. I'm a repeat customer. Mine was a difficult deal to make and I give credit where credit is due. After making a deal, Sean helped me finalize everything, and was sure to explain/simplify all the closing documents, making sure we were on the same page throughout.
