They removed a partially installed flat tow kit from the Jeep, and at my request, installed tow hooks to restore the vehicle to its original OEM condition. Their willingness to tailor the car to our preferences was much appreciated. Just as we were leaving, we discovered a small chip in the windshield. Brad was quick to assure us that it would be taken care of, highlighting their commitment to customer satisfaction. The car runs and drives beautifully, and its exterior is in excellent condition.
