Heritage is the absolute best, and has the best sales person, Kalimba, and the best finance person, Casey. They give excellent customer service. And honestly, with other sales people at other dealerships, I leave without buying a car, because the salesperson doesn't have the personality to make the deal work. But Kalimba at Heritage made the experience pleasant , kept me informed as we worked through the negotiation process by saying, "We're almost there. We just have to come together by a little bit". This kept me engaged, so that I didn't leave, and so that we ended up with a successful deal.
