Ideal Auto was great. As buying from out of state I was terrified.AJ was great with communication, sent videos, pictures, took the truck to a third party mechanic for a pre-purchase inspections, honest about concerns. He was so patient and kind with all of my pestering. When we showed up after driving for a day they had the truck ready and the paperwork took maybe 15 minutes. Amazing pain free experience!
Ideal was great to work with! AJ got back to us immediately after inquiry. He also made the process super easy and had everything ready to go as we had to drive 2 hours to the dealership. Kody was also a pleasure work with, had us in and out in no time! Great experience overall!
