I come to you because of the way your company treats me. I bought my car from a different dealership but I don’t like or trust the way the service department treats me so I will continue to have my car serviced by Eden Prairie Nissan. This post is a little late. I have had work done on my vehicle 3 times and each time was pleasant. The customer service workers are eager to help and direct you where you need to go . The work done by the mechanics was finished in a timely fashion each visit with reasonable dealership prices . One time I was running late for my appointment and was given a complimentary loaner vehicle for the day to allow me to get back to work . Good stuff.
