The entire experience was great! I started out with Dustin and the test drive. I told him exactly which Volkswagen Atlas I wanted and even though they didn’t have it in stock, Juan was able to find it in a different city in Virginia. He even went to pick it up on his day off. Tony the finance manager explained in detail all of my warranty options and worked very diligently to make sure I was satisfied. When my car was ready Dustin explained how to use all the amenities that my Volkswagen offered. Again, this was the easiest process I’ve ever experienced.
