I stopped in at Stoops and asked for Robert "Blue" Twilley. One of my friends shared about their experience with him & I was in the market for a new car. Do you know that feeling when you meet someone and just know they are good people? That's Blue. Over the next 2 days, Blue listened to my story, respected my budget as a single mom of 4, and fought for me to have all the things on my list of must haves. He walked the lot after hours the first night, researched more about vehicle safety than I think he bargained for, and had a list ready the next day (his day off). On his day off, he came in & helped me finalize the deal. He kept making sure I didn't feel pressured, kept me informed of everything, and was respectful to my kids and I. I'm going to be honest, I don't love car dealerships. Right before I saw Blue, I had a bad experience with another dealership who was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful to my kids and I. I told Blue that going into it. He made me feel at ease, respected, and heard. He respected my kids, and that was the most important to me. He's even called to check on us days after our purchase! He exemplifies what it means to have compassion & understanding & patience... & not just "making another sale". Thank you Blue, for helping this single Mama & creating a respectful environment. We will never forget our experience there!

Buying from stoops sales team was a great experience! I’d like to give thanks to Richard Foster, Tyler, Rogers, and Todd Caster for all their help in making my purchase as comfortable as it was! They all are very down to earth real people that did a great job and made me feel very comfortable and answered every question and all concerns that I had.
