I have a 2016 jeep wrangler; it was having electrical issues and i had to take it in. The service department from scheduling to diagnosing the issue was very professional the repair was made. The part had to be ordered which was within the timeline of what i was told, this has been probably the best dealership service department that i have done business with. The quote was correct, and the work was top notch, The only suggestion that i would make is if there could be a way that when the work was completed that you could get automatically notified through a text.
My first experience at Lawless and they were most accommodating to say the least! My service advisor John came highly recommended by my daughter who is a first time Jeep owner. He always takes the time to explain the service being performed and keeps you informed along the way. Good customer service (mediocre or ANY customer service) is hard to find in todays times, unfortunately. thing of the past. So I would like to thank John for the stellar assistance he has extended to both my daughter and I in servicing our vehicles. Your positive attitude and energy are a breath of fresh air!!!
MUST READ REVIEW! I’m not a fan of JEEP, I have more of a German car taste, but I happen to find an Audi at this Jeep dealership. I also live in New York, and doing business in Massachusetts is very difficult for a bunch of reasons. Luckily for me, I was paired up with Chris. He made what was unavoidably a difficult transaction as quick as seamless as possible. He was kind, knowledgeable, extremely patient, and provided exceptional, five star customer service. This was not my first rodeo, as I’ve had many cars in my life, and high-end ones at that, and this was without a doubt the best customer service I’ve ever received from. Aside from Chris, my entire experience with this dealership was fantastic. All of them were kind, courteous, helpful, and genuinely took their customer service very seriously. This is really all you can ask for when looking to buy a vehicle. Once again, five star experience, make sure to ask for Chris!
