Wow! finally found a good place to take my car I’ve had over 150 cars ,I’ve been to many dealerships and many service departments. I drove into Moss Brothers one morning and met a service Advisor named clay let me tell you This guy had the best attitude in the world! sometimes you go and they won’t even acknowledge you or they’ll be on the phone. Recently took our 2020 Ram and 2022 Jeep Wrangler in for Service. Everything was done promptly, which was great since we didn’t make an appointment and decided to bring in 2 on the same day. One was a recall issue and the part had been back-ordered and they got to that vehicle so quickly as promised. Service is always friendly with Moss. Our other vehicle is a Chevy Tahoe from across the street at Moss Chevrolet.
