This was the smoothest and easiest car buying we ever had. We got the payment we wanted, the interest rate we wanted and great customer service from both Moe in Financing and Juan Chacon in Sales. Even when we sat with Financing while we were talking he negotiating a even better interest rate for us with GAP included! After a horrible experience with Hyundai Anaheim, Thank you Downey Hyundai for a great experience and making our car buying experience a memorable one.

Unfortunately had an accident and previous vehicle was a total loss, my wife and I did some car shopping and spoke with Miss Diana Lizarde who got us in the door to Downey Hyundai, we had just missed her for an appointment as we showed up late but Mister Abraham took care of us in her absence. He showed us an upgraded vehicle from the one we originally wanted to see which turned out better as it was really great deal. Came back the following day to finish paperwork and drove off in our new vehicle. Thank you both for all your help.
