I went in there to trade my vehicle in for a used Dodge and it was a fantastic experience. Zia helped me via email to get the ball rolling. Once at the dealer Allius took care of me and was amazing. He didn't pressure me at all, was very knowledgeable, and he made the entire process very quick. The entire process, including test drive and trade in, took just over 2 hours. The facility itself was very clean and you could tell they took very good care of their vehicles. I highly recommend East Bay Motorcars.

I'm really impressed with this dealership. I've been to many dealerships to buy cars and this one by far has the best customer service. A lot of car salesmen can be pushy and phony to you. Not there. Alex is very genuine, and never once did I feel like he was being pushy. He was very knowledgeable about the Tesla I purchased, too. The finance manager, I think his name was Zia, was really nice and so helpful in finding the right lender for me at the best rate! I was very happy with the process. Thank you, Alex and Zia!
