GM Pat was awesome! Kris the Service Manager was exceptional! My Ford Bronco Sport went in for a repair over a month ago, and unfortunately at the time they evaluated it and found the issue the part needed was on back order. They went above and beyond to ensure that I could stay functional at work and also communicated with me often, even though the updates were just that the part was still on back order. Each interaction was pleasant and I felt valued as a customer. I am so pleased with the repair and now have my vehicle back and it is running well. Top-notch service and excellent team there at Kendall Ford! Highly recommend!!
