I cannot express adequately how wonderful Bill Crowder, GM at Signature Hyundai, is to work with. We had a service issue that was very complicated and he dove in to help us resolve the problem and get our car back on the road! We purchased this vehicle back in 2019 and haven't had any reason to deal with Signature again until this issue popped up. They could have very easily brushed us off with a "your problem, not ours" attitude, but the opposite happened and we are on our way to getting this problem resolved. Thank you Bill! Service department is A-1 and Jennifer is a very friendly, competent, and knowledgeable service advisor.
I bought a car here in Jan 2023 (the second one from them) and it was a good experience. The newer car needed service in Jun 2023, and the experience was good, as is the quality of the repairs. Looking forward to a long-term relationship with Signature.
